Works great! Good reviews from other gamers. Wish gamefly themselves had more warehouses close to NYC/NJ Pittsburg is quite far. App works and functions great. Theyve come a lone way and truly really reinvented the app the way customers wanted.

I like that you can do everything from the phone. It lets you know when your games and movies are coming.

The app is a little odd to find your way around but once you do, its go time. Gamefly rocks

As far as apps go, its good and does the job. It is amazingly accurate n updated daily. Great staff to fix issues timely. New games/flix/streaming for a low monthly subscription price starts @ $20buks a month! ONLY CAVEAT, THEY ARE IT, NO COMPETITION =MONOPOLY ON VIDEO GAME RENTAL INDUSTRY.

This app loads until you click on a game and it has constant errors loading any game. Nothing but errors. You need to fix. It didnt start all of that until I paid for a subscription so seems suspicious

I manage the account but the games are really played by my son and my husband. This app makes it so much easier for me to look at popular games and whatever is available. So much easier to add games to my queue than having to use a browser. Best thing is when we keep a game, the process is quick. We just add to cart and confirm order. They cant make it any easier than that.

This app is very organized!!!! And also is very helpful with remembering what game you want next. I rate this all stars!

All of my games disappeared it didnt send me anything that they were shipped then wouldnt let me rent any games

The whole thing is accessible from the web page and much easier to read. Its easier to filter between movies and games that way. Its just a condensed version of the website.

I just restarted this account after years of annoying service where you can only get games five years old immediately or get nothing shipped at all and as soon as I open this app the screen is stuck loading all the game image thumbnails like its so hard to just program an app. An app Youre charging people to use. Youre a company selling tech who has crappy tech. Not a good sign. Probably will cancel after 30 day free membership that they hope you will forget about and give them 16$ a month in exchange for 10 year old games youve already played or nothing at all.

The app works great and you just need to be very diligent and picky with your game Q to get the new titles also doesnt hurt to bump to the 3 game/month option if you want something new asap since they prorate and give you time to send back titles once you downgrade again. I was at one point stuck getting older titles but recently have been please all my #1 options arrive. Shipping takes longer than it should but what can you do about snail mail?
